    Do you treat people with auto insurance claims?

    Yes, we would be happy to be your physiotherapy provider. We are able to bill your auto insurance provider directly for your treatment.

    How are payments processed for my session?

    All of our services are covered by extended health care benefits through your employer (if applicable), Auto Insurance WSIB, or through private coverage.

    What if I can't swim?

    The ability to swim is not required for use of our pool for aquatic therapy. Your therapy is supervised at all times for your safety and comfort.

    Do I need a doctor's referral?

    If your extended health care coverage requires a referral for specific services, a referral is required for reimbursement from your insurance provider. We would be happy to assist you to understand your coverage and direct billing options.

    Do I have access to the health-care staff for same day questions and/or treatments?

    Our team of health care professionals are on-site at all times to answer any questions, or pain treat any pain or discomfort the same day.

    What is the temperature of the pool?

    The water is set at 94°F and the room temperature is 96°F. This temperature helps to makes it comfortable in and out of the pool.

    Do you offer a support group?

    Yes, our support groups help to provide our clients with information, group discussion and support to help you refresh, recover and feel better faster.

    What is arthritis?

    Arthritis is painful inflammation and swelling of the joints. The most common affected joints are hips, knees, hands and spine.

    What is acupuncture?

    Acupuncture is a safe, virtually painless and effective treatment for acute and chronic illness. An acupuncture treatment involves the safe needling of selected acupuncture points with sterile disposable needles.
